Withering Rose
Once I promised you
Even death won't separate us
Thy believed me and my words
But now the time has come
To take me off
Grab me from your hands
And pull me back to black
I won't leave you alone
Will keep up my promise
With my presence
You will find me in you
And every bits of nature
Where the buds bloom
And leaves dance
You will find me
Those lakes where we
Shared the sunset;
Will now portray my face
Paddy fields in which we
Secretly made love will
Make you feel my touch
Those hilltops on whose peaks
We exchanged our breath
Will now fill you with my voice
when you utter the alphabets
Of my name
Thy gives me a chance to live
In the world
Where I no more belong
A chance of rebirth. ...
